Housing by the pond

The project deals with the design of four separate buildings that enclose the public space of the square from the eastern side. They are situated in a newly designed district in Jihlava. They are objects with a uniform style but different colour solutions. It is a combination of concrete and masonry in different shades. The buildings contain mainly flats of various sizes, but they are diversified by an active ground floor, where various businesses and shops are to be located.
