The completion of this block in Vršovice helps to create a higher density of development, a connection to the current commercial parter and new opportunities, especially thanks to the accessibility of the inner block. The main goal was to create a resilient structure in the city, which, thanks to its characteristics, gives rise to new opportunities and relationships.
