Apartment Building Kompakt - Nové Dvory

The KOMPAKT house is one of the ten parcels of the Nové dvory block located in the south of Prague. The building stands in Libušská street and its location offers a pleasant place to live. The main goal is to create housing in compact layouts from 1-kk to 3-kk studios. Most of the apartments have access to loggias or balconies, and the building has two ground-floor apartments facing the courtyard. Towards the street, the ground floor bounces off in 3 stages due to continuity with the sloping terrain.
