Housing with Comunity Garden and Sport Field - Beroun

The Berounská hospital is located in the beautiful landscape of the Český Kras, which, however, is not respected by the parking lot in front of the hospital. Previously, there was a meadow and then an orchard. Now it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the hospital and at the same time add value to the area and restore some of the lost greenery. The proposal does not stop the parking lot, it just adds false functions and thus cultivates the surroundings. The essence is the design of small circular buildings that have three different functions: hotel, spa and gardens. The individual objects are spread over the entire area in such a way that their location does not impede the functionality of the parking lot itself.
