Housing Vršovická

Design of the group of apartment buildings on the land between the HASA ice rink and the elementary school U Vršovického nádraží is conceived as a whole mosty contextually. With its character, it tries to reflect the buildings along Vršovická street, where it draws inspiration from inhabited ceramic-cladded raised ground floor. Own, rented or cooperative housing. Does a shared garden, greenhouse or compost make a community? Houses with a simple concrete frame construction and above-standard apartments. Taking the good from the tenement, the good from the block of flats.
