Apartment House, Caslav

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of an apartment building in the town of Čáslav. The building is located in an attractive location, opposite the oldest stone theatre in Czechia - Dusík Theatre. It is a four-storey apartment building offering 13 residential units and one large commercial area. The aim was to move the architectural concept to the level of documentation for the building permit.
