Residential multifunctional building – completion of a historical core structure in Šumperk downtown

This diploma thesis discusses the development of a vacant lot in a historical core structure in Šumperk downtown. The proposed lot is sloped in two directions and faces downtown street on north and park on south. The aim of the project is to develop the area in a manner that is sensitive to sorrounding urban space and historical characteristics, while meeting the current needs of the population.
