Annotation
The aim of the project was proposal of the multifunctional building with a predominance of office function, shops and services in the parterre. The parcel consists of the corner of Modecenterstrasse and Doblerhofstrasse. It is a place near the metro station in contact with the newly form construction, among others. Gasometer city and excellent transport links to the eastern tangent. The building offers 29 000m2 usable area and meets the requirements of the Vienna building regulations.
