Annotation
The aim of this thesis is to redesign existing but closed public bath in Chomutov for the needs of “Innovation incubator” – start offices and workshops for business development. Proposal design is also focused to connect existing nearby park and areas of closed summer stadium including connection to the historic center. The main goal of this thesis is to exploit a potential of local inhabitants and increase investors and companies come to Chomutov.
