Urban concept of Nepomuk

The thesis deals with an urban concept of the town Nepomuk with emphasis on the image of a small town. The concept is based on the vision of characteristically rich and well-arranged town which is primarily a good home and sets clearly the direction of its development. The town development tends inward to better usage of the potential opportunities that may not be always available in a small town like this. The concept combines work in several scales – from wider access to land and interface landscapes and cities, through the completion of a new city structure adjustment of major public spaces, after minor interventions in public area. The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive suggestion that offers a position of a stable settlement place and its environment and surroundings.
