Annotation
The aim of this thesis is to create an everyday meeting space for residents of all ages. The Land is adjacent to area of Palata welfare institute. The project addresses both connection with the garden of area and the completion of the existing structure of the residental area. The main parts of the centre is the space with cafe and the small community hall, the seniors club, the library, the maternal centre and the senior cohousing.
