Annotation
The topic is the adaptation of „Bílá Labuť“ department store into newly established seat of National Film archive, which doesn´t have any appropriate building until today.
The adaptation is solved by inserting a new organism into the existing structure. This organism carries new function – media – film. It stretches throught the whole building, while resuscitating it evenly. The building is thus no more dependent on its original function and gains back its lost shine and glory.
