The Na Knížecí apartment building is located on the border of old and newly planned construction. The house is conceived as affordable and quality shared student housing that expresses the transition between phases. The ground floor of the building offers commercial space for a retail shop and yoga studio, a shared laundry and bike room. The layout is composed of shared flats and the last retreat floor serves as a communal lounge for the residents.
