Railway station Prague - Výstaviště

The task of the diploma thesis was to design one of the newly planned railway stations as a part of the modernisation of the Prague – Kladno line with a turn to the Vaclav Havel´s airport. I design an urban viaduct and station, for Prague, for Letna district, for Výstaviště with active rentable parterre. The facades are inspired by the  heavy facades of the Holesovice district and by the light functionalist brass show windows. I am searching for a relationship between man and a traffic building through architectural detail.
