Multifunctional building Karlín

In Karlin, which is bordered by the water meadow of the Vltava River and the foothills of the Vítkov, I design a new urban residential multifunctional building. There are four edifices, which are interconnected by passages. There is a close connection between exterior - interior , nature - urbanity. Buildings and passages divide site to the courtyards with different characters. The houses and courtyards form „The way“. The block is filled with the apartements and commercial parterre. The proposal fill in a Karlin´s regular solid block of buildings. The urban complex is created, it develops city–site.
