Annotation
The diploma thesis deals with the way of development of the Kolbenova locality in Prague 9. The main goal of the design is to create a multifunctional area with a set of buildings that will create a pleasant space not only for living, but also for work. The aim is to create interesting and functional architectural objects that will offer a wide range of services and that will harmoniously follow the existing intentions in the area.
