HOME FOR AUTISTIC PEOPLE

I design a home for people with autistic spectrum disorder on a corner plot in the Giant Mountains town of Hostinné, located directly below a church. I am trying to balance the dominance of the church tower and my design to promote the autonomy of the clients. Therefore, I offer two types of housing, in a training – shared apartment and starters simulating independent living and a day-stay where clients can go for therapies, psychological clinic and meet not only with each other but also with the public.
