Annotation
The diploma thesis examines housing options in the Košíře area, in Vrchlického Street. It follows on from the pre-diploma, which explores the given topic in depth. I am proposing on a plot near the garage. I designed a tenement house in the form of a block. The resulting house offers many social typologies, spaces, civic amenities and, last but not least, a beautiful garden.
