PARKING HOUSE WITH CINEMA LITOMYŠL

The work deals with the design of a multifunctional apartment building in the center of the city of Litomyšl on a site intended for reconstruction. The house is located on the border between the historical core and the Komenský housing estate. In terms of material and morphology, they try to be based on their surroundings and fit into the context of the place. Apart from the 3+kk apartments, the building accommodates a community home for the elderly, a cinema and a smaller fitness centre.
