Regeneration of the Inner Block on Pražačka, Prague 3

The content of the project documentation is the public courtyard block and Nad Ohradou street. The area under consideration is located within Prague 3 in the northern part, near the important transport hub in Ohrad. The proposal emphasizes the creation of quiet, active and development spaces for the residents of the surrounding buildings. To create privacy, the courtyard is fenced and redefined as semi-private/semi-public. A community garden is designed for meeting and growing crops. The street Nad Ohradou is only partially solved to show the possible principle of functioning of the residential zone, which should be repeated along its entire length.
