Annotation

The residence is designed as a family home with a representative function. It is located in Prague, in the historic Hanspaulka part. The land belonging to the house is slightly sloping and has a wonderful view of the city skyline. The residence itself consists of two functionally separated parts: representative, on the first ground floor, and private, on the first underground floor. The main idea of the house was to provide residents with the most beautiful view of the city skyline, and the concept of the house is also related to this. The south-east facade was designed transparent and is characterized by a slight repeated curvature, resembling wave. Except for its unconventional appearance, it functions primarily conceptually as a gallery. It is possible to walk along and enjoy the view.
