Annotation
The task was to design a nursing home and a kindergarten at the intersection of Antonín Dvořák Street and Míru Street in Kolín.
DPS has 27 flats 2 + KK and a maximum capacity is 54 seniors, the kindergarten has 3 classes for a maximum of 72 children.
The DPS partner has a shop, restaurant and doctor, which can be used by residents and the public.
The garden belonging to DPS is publicly accessible and serves as a local park.
