The proposed residential building is located in a newly developed block in Prague's Letná district, near the National Technical Museum and Letná Park. The block consists of seven sections that share common garages and form an inner courtyard. The proposed building is situated on the northwest corner plot of the block. On the northern side, it complements the street line on Letohradská Street, and on the western side, a new pedestrian street is planned. The building has seven above-ground floors and one underground floor. It offers a total of 33 residential units, ranging in size from studios to four-room apartments, most of which have their own outdoor space in the form of a balcony or loggia. The ground floor includes two rentable office spaces.
