Elderly Care Home, Řevnice

At first glance, I would like to build an apartment building on the best narrow corner lot. The brief 'Up to 45 at first glance' suggests an apartment building. However, this is a shortcut, focusing only on people of working age. There is a shortage of places in retirement homes, people wait a long time for them, and then move to institutions in remote parts of the country. A home with care services is inherently large, but thanks to the division into pavilions, it fits into the urban context of Řevnice. The pavilions form an order, a system, but the various orientations of the units towards each other disrupt the strictness of the order and the building (hopefully) does not appear monotonous or monstrous. Less institution, more home. Between the houses, semi-enclosed, quiet gardens emerge, and the garden slowly slopes down towards the river. Towards the Berounka. There is a train running behind, but it does not disturb the residents, they do not hear it, as their hearing is already quite poor.
