Student Cohousing Orionka

The Orionka tram depot has been out of service for years. A new use is currently being sought for the historic premises, which are now insensibly affected by new additions. I am thus contributing to the rejuvenation of the site by proposing student housing directly next to the tram depot. The site's corner is not regular, which is reflected in the overall design. In plan, the building is a trapezoid. The internal layout of the house offers five living rooms on each floor with private loggias and common areas with kitchen.
