The palace Ústí nad Labem

Ústí nad Labem offers an empty lucrative area in the center, which is waiting for the new palace. The proposed project offers to the city several functions. From the spacious hall in the middle of the plan, which connects Dlouhá and Příčná streets through administrative spaces to apartments on the highest floors. The building tower, which faces the Peace Square, invites visitors inside. An important point was the connection of the municipality's atrium with the main square, while also creating attractive spaces clear from the surrounding streets.
