Annotation
The house has five floors - an active parterre, three floors and one stepped floor. The house has apartments ranging in size from 1+kk to 4+kk. The communication space is designed as a lounge atrium and creates a common space for residents. There is a shared garden on the top floor. A fitness center and a bistro are designed on the ground floor.
