In the proposal, the emphasis is on preserving the existing values ​​of the inner block and at the same time creating new residences where people will be able to come and spend their free time. As part of the assignment, it was necessary to increase the number of parking spaces. There are now 135 available. In the former parking hall, a playground for children has been newly established with a fun and educational theme and spaces for organizing interest groups. However, the original layout of the hall in combination with the newly created background also allows possible other use of the space, for example the organization of cultural events.
