Brick and Roof is located in Lower Libeň at the intersection of Na Hrázi and Světova streets. The dominant feature is a six-story residential building with modern housing and underground parking. The red brick façade references the industrial past and contrasts with modern architecture. The gable-style roof serves as a terrace, expanding the living space. A restaurant and an office building share a connected façade, creating a passage to the inner courtyard. The restaurant offers culinary experiences and a gathering space, while the office building provides modern workspaces. The project harmoniously blends history with contemporary architecture, bringing new energy to Lower Libeň and creating a pleasant place to live and work.
