The plot in Turnov

The design solves a plot in the town of Turnov in the area of the Koňský trh. The building is located in Sobotecká Street, which is one of the main roads of the infrastructure. The plot is on the border of a part of the city full of life and a declining part of the city. Therefore, the building was designed with a rich parterre to the street. The whole building is divided into two parts. In the first building, there is a confectionery on the ground floor and offices with facilities on the floors above it. In the second building there is a shop with tea and spices and above it the floors with apartments, which are situated in the yard for more privacy. The larger building is a passage to the yard, which is designed for pedestrians and a possible supply of confectionery storage.
