Commoning building in Libeň

The Prague´s Libeň district is characterized by its incompleteness and fragmentation. The plot is located close to the Palmovka metro station. The surrounding development consists of various buildings from single-storey to six-storey buildings. The proposal thus seeks to accept more floors with an emphasis on the future spreading of the city. The complexity of the plot is also based on the unfinished urbanism of the block structure, where the blocks create a disparate mixture of objects that come from several time periods. The block is thus unresolved with a dead end street and forms barriers in the area. Cooperative housing in this proposal is aimed at families which are connected with art of all kinds.
