The key emphasis of the Regulatory plan was to create conditions for altering neglected space around the main train station of Brandýs nad Labem settlement to new pulsating city avenue that offers housing, workplace and leisure time space in regard to maintaining current network of public spaces as well as supporting more intensive connection of the main train station with the historical city centre.
