Pinocchio Children´s Library - Interior of the entrance hall

The task is a part of a children's library, which I designed in the fifth and sixth semesters. The library is located in the Italian village of Collodi in Tuscany, which is the birthplace of the Italian writer Carlo Collodi - the author of the book Pinocchio. For my interior assignment, I chose a two-storey entrance hall. The library is designed to resemble Pinocchio's village, with a clean and simple concept. This was also the main idea of the interior design, so it doesn't interrupt the overall scheme, along with complementary, playful colour elements.
