Community center for elderly - Bělčice

Bělčice is a small town in the district of Strakonice in the South Bohemian Region. The intention is to build a community center for seniors with several apartments. The selected area is adjacent to the square and it offers many solutions how to use a large garden with a nice view. Urban concept copies the shape of the land and it follows to the surrounding settlements. The large garden, which opens into the surrounding countryside, provides residents and visitors of the center place to relax, meditate, but also a place to play the partial self-sufficiency of the center.
