The Library in Všetaty, Design of Interior

Interior design for the library in Všetaty. The house is part of a new set of buildings, forming a library, department store and a town hall. The simple facade forms the cover of six inner towers. The building material is indistinct in color, so that the spatial complexity and color of the books can stand out. The exteriors of the towers, oriented towards the hall, are made of exposed concrete, the interiors of the towers are made of birch plywood. The main theme of the space is finding a suitable place to read. Some people like reading by the window, others in the group, others alone, unseen in the shadows.
