The new multifunctional building is located at the eastern end of Perner street. The building joins many functions such as work, entertainment and housing. It is designed as a barricade protecting the intimate character of the street from the hustle and bustle of the railway. However, what prevents the spread of sound does not prevent the movement of people. Therefore there are many passages at the ground floor that provides a connection to the street with the green slope of Vítkov.
