Residence Na Perstyne

This is a location in the historic city center. Therefore, the main objective of the proposal was to involve the object in a historical context. There was designed an 8-storey residential building with a live parter. The first two floors include a café with a library. In other floors there are flats that will be predominantly used for renting because of the location in a city center. So, I designed a reception on the ground floor with staff rooms underground. The main facade is presented with 4 vertical modules that are facing southeast for better daylight. There are terraces on east and west sides of the building offering views of Prague Castle on the 7th and 8th floors.
