Community center for seniors

The selected plot of land is located in the town of Bělčice near Strakonice in the South Bohemian region. The aim of the whole project was to design a community centre for seniors with commercial use so that there would be comfortable living and services for the inhabitants of Bělčice. For the proper functioning of the centre, it was important for me to create such dispositions that seniors feel comfortable and at the same time, the centre was beneficial and useful to them. The complex is designed in a modern way. It gently stands out from the surrounding buildings of a village character, but nevertheless, it fits into the development and thus serves as a beneficial community
