The House on the Waterfront is a building in Karlovy Vary on the Ohře waterfront. The building is created in accordance with the urban design of Rybář, a local part of Karlovy Vary. The proposal responds to the lack of connection between the city center and the waterfront and local access to the river. The aim of the work was to create a friendly, functional, lively and residential common space of the city, which is the basis of the daily quality of life of every healthy and vital residence.
