Culture Approaching Everyone

The purpose of the project is to extend the historical Theatre with a contemporary building. With its central location in the heart of Liberec, the theatre will become a meeting point for the entire region's cultural life. Aiming to challenge the community’s idea of what a city and a theater should be, the design will be a dynamic and multifunctional building that will manifest itself as a new living organism where new artist can performe and make a great atmosphere with music and dances. These two new buildings will have different functions (administrative and performance) and will be connected by bridges, where you can see what usually happens behind the scenes, like the dancers, musicians and workers going by.
