Brewery area regeneration

The concept of the whole area is to make it accessible to ordinary city residents. The proposed range of services allows all-day use of the complex. The new pasage in the eastern part of the brewery provides the oportunity of going through the yard. The courtyard is approached as a rest square and offers an alternative to the city park on the opposite side of the center.
