Stone Tent New Circus in Holešovice Market

My proposal supports the community that has emerged in the space of the market. The emergence of theaters and galleries confirms that art thrives in these spaces. And not only ordinary art. The permanent stage created for the new circus is a bridge of thought leading to the tent itself. A simple box made of red corrugated iron with an atypical roof is a metaphor for a tent with an arena, and the caravans standing around are dozing underground like a snake around the main performative space. The second building, with its atypical figure, complements stone to stone. Between its original tangle of columns, the circus crammed the entrance and representative spaces, with the most representative one, the foyer itself being sandwiched between two volumes like a small gem.
