Educational and leisure center Příšovice

The farmhouse Maškova chalupa located in the village of Příšovice u Turnova is a significant example of local vernacular architecture. The owner of the house lives in the old timbered building but the other parts of the area such as an old barn, are used as a storage room. In my design I am attempting to use potential of this whole area for education of both children and grown-ups. At the same time, I believe this space could be used for workshops, children summer camps, and so on. I tried to find the right space for each activity and function in order to preserve this important monument.
