Daycare Center for the Elderly - Bělčice

The community center is situated in the small town Bělčice which lies in the south of the Czech Republic. The main building is situated on the town square and it contains a daycare center and a café. It mimics the appearence of a country house so it fits the town square really well. On the far side of the plot an appartment building is situated. The building draws visual inspiration from a barn which used to stand there. Pictoresque gardens around the property create a homely feel. The community center is a cosy place that is designed for meeting not only among the elderly, but people from every age group.
