Smart living near the nature

On the outskirts of Prague there is situated a village of Rudná, which has grown to the volume of a town but it doesn´t follow the urban structure. My design looks for sustainable development within metropolitan region by amending nessessary public facilities in close proximity of new type of rail transport (tram-train). By redesigning old axis to axis of growth in relation with tram-train, my design offers solution for better living.
