Industrial area Choceň

Our task was to design a new part of the town of Choceň, which is a small town near Pardubice with 10 000 citizens. In the centre of the town, there is an old industrial areal of the spinning mill which has the potential to become a new residential area of the town. I designed an area which contains residential building, public spaces and it connects the areal to the urban structure of Choceň.
