Life at the confluence

In my project, I focus on the area at the confluence of the Berounka with the Vltava river and the vicinity of the Radotín Bridge. Each of the parts of the solved area is in itself specific with its characteristic features, which were also the motive for the new condition. The area offers a great potential. The main goals are the overall revitalization and creation of a sports and recreational area. I use the brownfield area nearby today's railway. At the tip of the existing confluence of rivers, I create a residential and recreational area with an architectural element. The Radotín Bridge itself and the traffic junction form the second height level of this area. Two worlds on top of each other. The connection of the banks is made possible by a ferry or footbridges suspended below the bridge.
