Community center for seniors in Bělčice

The town of Bělčice is located on the border of the Central Bohemian and South Bohemian regions. The intention of the village is to build a community center for seniors with several apartments. The concept of the project was to preserve the rural character and respect the original layout of the buildings. The main building leading to the square, in which the day care center is located, is connected to the residential barn in the garden by a modern reinforced concrete neck. Furthermore, the project deals with a gap in a side street, where two smaller houses with collective apartments are designed.
