Annotation
The study describes the proposal for the construction of a new community center in Prague Kampa district. It counts the demolition of the existing building and its complete replacement. The center will serve mainly to residents of Kampa and Malá Strana districts. It provides private facilities for a kindergarten, a library, a small fitness center and halls with various use.
