Rohanský ostrov - Housing construction

The concept of housing construction imitates the natural development of Starý Karlín. The whole complex is divided into four parts, which are optically separated by their facade. The mass of the building grades towards to the water and thus offers endless views on the old and the new Prague. This idea is also underlined by the walking roofs, which further amplify this experience.
